Bodyboarding
Bodyboarding is extremely popular in Lanzarote and it's not uncommon to see as many bodyboarders as there are surfers in the water. Lanzarote is well known for its sucky, hollow barreling waves, perfect for bodyboarding. Notable bodyboarding waves are El Quemao, The Slab and the beach at Arrietta.
Lanzarote is also the Winter home to Rob Barbers Bodyboarding School four times a year, providing beginners, improvers and shredders the oportunity to ride perfect warm water waves. Finca Malvasia is proud to be a sponsor of the Rob Barber Bodyboarding School.
